Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Lumi - fun & learn app ("Lumi", "the app"), made by Kreatif Labs ("we", "us"), handles information. Lumi is designed for children aged 4-10 and is set up and managed by a parent, guardian, or tutor ("guardian").

The short version

  • Lumi works fully offline. The app does not connect to the internet.
  • Everything you enter stays on your device. We never receive, collect, or see it.
  • No accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that collect data.
  • You can delete all data at any time from inside the app.

Information stored on your device

To work, the app saves the following locally on your device only:

  • Child profiles created by the guardian: a name or nickname, age, avatar color, and optional notes.
  • Learning progress: game results, stars, stickers earned, number of games played, and play time.
  • App settings, such as language and sound preferences.
  • Guardian lock: if you set a guardian password, it is stored only as a salted, one-way hash, never in plain text.

Fingerprint and face unlock

If you turn on biometric unlock for the guardian lock, verification is handled entirely by your device's operating system. Lumi only receives a yes/no result and never has access to your fingerprint, face, or any other biometric data.

What we do not do

  • We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information.
  • We do not show ads, including personalized ads.
  • We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or advertising identifiers.
  • We do not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo access.
  • There is no chat, social feature, or way for children to contact other people.

Children's privacy

Because Lumi does not collect personal information from anyone, including children, no information from children is sent to us or to any third party. Child profiles are created and controlled by the guardian. This approach is intended to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR, Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), and Google Play's Families Policy.

Keeping and deleting your data

Data stays on your device until you remove it. You can:

  • Delete a single child profile and its progress from the app.
  • Use "Delete all data" in Settings to reset the app.
  • Uninstall the app, which removes all of its data from the device.

Device backups

If your device's own backup service (for example, Android backup to your Google account) is enabled, the operating system may include app data in that backup. That backup is controlled by your device settings and your backup provider, not by us.

This website

lumi-fun.com does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking. Like any web server, our hosting may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect. If a change would involve collecting information from children, we will ask for verifiable guardian consent first.
