Delete your Lumi account

You can delete your account and everything saved to it, including your children's synced progress. Children kept only on a device stay on that device.

Fastest: delete it in the app

  1. Open Lumi and go to Profile.
  2. Unlock the guardian settings.
  3. Under Account & subscription, tap Delete account.

No longer have the app? Send a request

We verify the request by email and delete the account within 30 days. A Google Play subscription is not canceled automatically: cancel it in Google Play.
